Health is wealth!

How important do you think staying healthy is? Slightly important? Very important? It is vital for a person to be fit both mentally and physically to succeed in any and every aspect of life! Even Mahatma Gandhi himself laid emphasis on the value of health and fitness by stating

“It is health that is real wealth and not pieces of gold and silver.”

The world is not the same as it was a hundred years ago. We have become slaves to the latest advancements in technology. Priorities have changed, people are drifting apart. Humans act less like humans and more like emotionless robots. Sleep, eat and work ! This has become the routine of almost every individual! The approach that each and every person is special and unique in their own way has been deemed incorrect and anyone who is out of the ordinary is subjected to bullying and hurtful spews. People, in their race for materialistic success have forgotten what is actually vital to lead a blissfull life  . Happiness! Joviality! Personal health and values have been undermined which has caused a rise in many of the illnesses we see today.

We have become sick, our disease being ‘normalcy’ and ‘neglecting what is really important’. So lets pay attention to ourselves for once and try to reevaluate our life choices to form a better and more prosperous future!
